WELCOME
Hi, I'm Amy and I'm glad you're here
You are not stuck because you lack willpower, clarity, or discipline.
You are stuck because your energy and nervous system are still holding experiences that once helped you survive — and are now quietly limiting how freely you can move forward.
I work at the intersection of energy, intuition, and nervous system awareness to help people unveil energy blocks that keep them feeling heavy, constricted, or disconnected from their true momentum. These blocks are not flaws — they are intelligent responses that simply haven’t yet been given the conditions to release.
Through trauma-informed energy work and intuitive oracle guidance, I help create those conditions.
This work is grounded in deep listening — to the body, to the energetic field, and to what is ready to be seen. I don’t force release or impose outcomes. I guide awareness, attune to your system, and support the natural unwinding that occurs when energy feels safe enough to shift.
Oracle cards are used as a precise intuitive tool — a way to illuminate patterns and themes already present in your energy, rather than telling you who you are or what to do. They bring language to what your system already knows.
As energy blocks are unveiled, clients often experience greater emotional regulation, clarity of direction, and a renewed ability to move toward their goals with confidence and steadiness. Energy that was once tied up in holding and protecting becomes available for creation, choice, and aligned action.
This work does not fix you.
It recognizes the intelligence of what you’ve been carrying — and supports its release when the time is right.
If you feel drawn to this work, that awareness is not accidental. When you’re ready, I offer a steady, grounded presence to support your process.

I’m here to guide you on your journey towards spiritual enlightenment and peace.
From an early age I knew I was different. From a young age, I remember being aware of different energies. This typically occurred when I first closed my eyes in an attempt to fall asleep—I was about 6 or 7 years old. I kept this to myself because I couldn't quite articulate what I was experiencing, but I recognized it was something special. By the time I was around 12 or 13, I would cope by reading late into the night until I eventually fell asleep from exhaustion. I was particularly intuitive, which often left me puzzled when someone was kind to me while I could sense that they didn’t genuinely care. One girl, who was a year older and didn’t make the basketball team when I did, stood out in this confusion. I was so terrified of not knowing what I was feeling, I eventually sought the help of a hypnotherapist who dialled down my sensitivity to beyond the veil. The therapy worked for a while until it just crept up in my mid thirty’s.
